* As this is hospital essential purpose bag, sizes are suitable for newborn babies only (upto 3 to 4 Kg) and there is no return or refund available for sizes issues. 

* For any manufacturing defects you can contact help desk for replacement of items. 

* Order can be cancelled in 24 hrs after placing an order after that order cancellation will not be allowed.

* Shipping time for Maternity combos/Hospital Bags is 10 to 12 days as we manufacture each combo separately and dispatch so plan your purchase accordingly. 

* Washing Instructions- Mulmul cotton can be washed in washing machine (delicate mode recommended). Carry Nest/ Sleeping Bag not recommended to wash.
