Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (excluding weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Order confirmation text message will be sent at given contact details, in which your order bill amount will be mentioned kindly cross check it. 

Standard delivery time is upto 8 working days for prepaid orders and upto 10 to 12  working days for COD ( Cash on Delivery)

For prepaird orders : If order is returned due to wrong contact or address details has provided by customer end refund amount will be deducted  for forward and reverse shipping as well which may vary from 200 to 500 Rs for bulk orders.

Every COD order will be cross verified by our team, we may call at given contact number to cross verify address/pincode/order details. If we found any short / incomplete address, or any kind of false inforamtion is provided by customer we have rights to cancel such orders.

Please note that customers who has failed to collect the COD orders at first time, there will be 3 delivery attempts will be done from shipping partners. Even after that if the customer is failed to collect the order. it will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. once the order is returned after 3 attempts these customers will no longer eligible to order COD orders in future.
